Tammy is a skilled accountant and has been continuously focused on strengthening financials and internal controls throughout her career. She ensures every member of the Sterling team feels right at home.

VP Engineering
Bob is one of the original members of the management team and a tooling expert with over 30 years of experience. Bob ran a tool shop that built thousands of molds, many of which have run tens of millions of cycles. He now oversees engineering at Sterling.

Lisa has spent her 28 year manufacturing career passionately dedicated to teamwork, open communication and collaborative education. Lisa combines a mechanical engineering background with extensive medical, defense, automotive and food packaging product knowledge to continuously improve Sterling's QMS while making Quality fun.

Purchasing Manager
Trisha has managed complex supply chains for over 20 years, and she oversees purchasing, scheduling and order fulfillment. Trisha specializes in helping our customers achieve optimum inventory levels and finding solutions to their most immediate challenges.

Justin has worked with the Sterling team for over 20 years. His background in tooling, processing, quality and process validation is directly applied to every program he oversees. Eco-Initiatives
We strive to minimize our environmental impact and reduce energy consumption.
- The use of Engel injection molding machines has reduced our energy consumption by 40% and resulted in a smaller CO2 footprint.
- Our state-of-the-art facility is partially underground for increased energy efficiency.
- Process water is recycled to heat the building in winter and cool the building in summer.
- We focus on minimizing scrap and using recycled materials when possible.
