David has been making production floors hum for the last 10 years. He specializes in all aspects of operations including processing, automation and value-add processes.
John has been passionate about manufacturing his entire life. He started his career as a toolmaker as a teenager and became a successful business owner 20 years later. He believes Sterling's success is the result of its incredibly talented people.
Program Manager/Document Control
Shawn has spent her career working closely with customers and is an IQMS specialist. Shawn is dedicated to document control and oversees every aspect of Sterling's Class 8 cleanroom.
Stan is an operations expert with a focus on strategic, sustainable growth. He has spent his career continuously expanding capabilities and leading a passionate, energetic team.
Tammy is a skilled accountant and has been continuously focused on strengthening financials and internal controls throughout her career. She ensures every member of the Sterling team feels right at home.
Bob is one of the original members of the management team and a tooling expert with over 30 years of experience. Bob ran a tool shop that built thousands of molds, many of which have run tens of millions of cycles. He now oversees engineering at Sterling.
Lisa has spent her 28 year manufacturing career passionately dedicated to teamwork, open communication and collaborative education. Lisa combines a mechanical engineering background with extensive medical, defense, automotive and food packaging product knowledge to continuously improve Sterling's QMS while making Quality fun.
Trisha has managed complex supply chains for over 20 years, and she oversees purchasing, scheduling and order fulfillment. Trisha specializes in helping our customers achieve optimum inventory levels and finding solutions to their most immediate challenges.
Program Manager/Process Development Engineer
Justin has worked with the Sterling team for over 20 years. His background in tooling, processing, quality and process validation is directly applied to every program he oversees. Justin's attention to detail and comprehensive approach ensures each program's success and accelerates speed-to-market.
Director Business Development
Michael has spent 10 years working closely with medical, defense and consumer product companies. He is always looking for new solutions to simplify customers' lives and is focused on communicating Sterling's ever-expanding capabilities.
We strive to minimize our environmental impact and reduce energy consumption.

- Our state-of-the-art facility is partially underground for increased energy efficiency.
- Process water is recycled to heat the building in winter and cool the building in summer.
