Sterling Manufacturing offers complete product, and single
or multi-cavity mold designs. If needed, our engineers can design your part and the tool from which it is molded.
We are equipped with a state-of-the-art computer-aided design
and drafting system (CADD) which expedites both tool and product development. We currently employ Adra software on a Sun Sparc
I work station with 3-dimensional data, transferable to Igis and DXF capabilities.
We suggest that you call us in during the early stage of your
product's engineering/design phase. Many times, early involvement by Sterling engineers will shorten production time, reduce
costs, and meet or even exceed your original specifications and expectations.

ON-SITE MODIFICATIONS
Through innovative designing, and engineering of molds, we can
often produce a finished piece that is SUPERIOR to the original. Our designers provide on-site assistance to correct design
flaws that may show up during manufacturing. Sterling's design and quality control engineers, and our chief tool maker, are
always ready to furnish their expertise.
Molds for final product are obtained from local quality mold
makers, or from Midwest makers when size requires. Sterling flexibility, in both engineering and design, enables us to meet
your changing product requirements — if and when they happen.
