For over 30 years, we at Sterling Manufacturing Company have been providing high quality custom injection molding to fit the needs of our customers. With 24 injection molding machines, ranging in size from 28 tons to 550 tons, and a modern 40,000 square foot facility, we are able to satisfy a wide range of customer needs. We have the capability to supply our customers with a single component part or to assist them in the assembly, decorating, and final packaging of their product.

Our in house tool room provides our customers with a constant mold maintenance schedule and is capable of performing minor product design changes, which in most cases can reduce turn around time and costs. All mold maintenance, repairs and run times are logged and are available for customer review at any time.

Engineering capabilities consist of an in house product & mold designer, who utilizes the latest revision softwares from both Softech Inc. (Cadra) and Solidworks. Sterling offers its engineering services to all customers and has found that early input from our experienced design, materials and process engineers can save its customers valuable time and resources. Regardless of your engineering needs, whether it is a simple 2-d drawing you require or a fully three-dimensional solid model, we have the technology to get the job done and done right.

The heart of any good custom molding company is its quality control capabilities. Our quality control department consists of a quality manager who oversees six quality auditors. All products are constantly audited during a production run and no product is shipped unless all quality criteria are met. All quality records are kept on file for review at any time. We are a UL certified molder and are presently working towards an ISO 9002 Rating.
