The definition of the word, “sterling”, is
“...the standard of fineness for gold and silver.” At Sterling Manufacturing, strict quality control is a key
factor in the way that we produce superior molded thermoplastics, because we impose tough standards on ourselves.
Our quality control experts go beyond dimensional and visual
inspections, and your product is constantly audited during production for critical specifications. Samplings and on-going
inspections of all molded parts are continuous throughout the manufacturing process in accordance with standards that are
set by you, our customer.
Improvements, refinements and updating of our injection molding
machines are on-going, along with auxiliary equipment for secondary operations to insure precise product quality.
A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT
We take pains to maintain a clean shop environment. (Cincinnati-Milacron
has, on occasion, used our manufacturing area as a "showroom" to demonstrate their injection molding machines.) Our clean
shop insures that your parts arrive at their destination ready for final assembly or shipment to your customers.
